Making a Statement: Laurel Dailey

March 3, 2010

Today I met with the fabulous photographer, Laurel Dailey, and immediately I was awestruck! I mean, talk about statement dressing – adding pieces that send an otherwise simple outfit over the edge. A basic white tee, black maxi skirt and everyday wooden platforms got the Laurel treatment with gobs of glorious jewelry.

Think outside the box and instead of using one necklace, rummage through your tangled mess and put it all together. I love how she paired gold, brass, rhinestone and pops of orange and yellow. STATEMENT!

Laurel and I are working on a really exciting project, so stay tuned for more of the story to develop.
