European Whirl: Scrapbook Pages

July 24, 2010

Just wanted to share a few scrapbook pages from my European Whirl.. it really has been the trip of a lifetime. Seeing places, being with people, eating delicious food and wearing fun and fancy outfits that I would otherwise never would have experienced if it were not for Quiksilver Women! Thanks to all involved in making this trip happen!

Part II of Paris will be featured next week!

Very beautiful collage! Did you put it together in photoshop? Sounds like a stupid question but I’m always interested in how things are done, and if anyone uses any other programs for this kind of thing.

Kristen, you will love Paris.. but don’t expect too much from the touristy areas like the eiffel tower and places like that. They are great to see.. but not so great to hang out in. The best place I discovered was Le Marais. It is perfect Parisian.. with great shops and restaurants. Here is a run down that “Miss at la Playa” recently did on the area and it is super helpful http://missatlaplaya.blogspot.com/2010/07/shopping-guide-to-paris-part-1-le.html
      Have fun!

just found you through Promise Tangeman and I love you! Youre so lucky to be working for quiksilver and doing what youre doing. Im sure people have said this before but that’s pretty much my dream job! im in fashion marketing and i am also a snowboarder, so being in the active sport industry is what i would love to be doing! although working for Burton might be a little better for me!

anyways, i love your style and blog, and am excited to see where you go next!
