love the tutorial and the look. going to try it this weekend for an art opening we are going to. hope my hair is long enough. oh, and question, do you think a girl with slightly big ears (that’d be me!) can pull it off?

I loved this! One of your best hair tutorials yet! I actually did my hair like this a couple weeks ago, but it was in a low side bun over one of my ears. Glad to see some good tips on how to perfect the look. =)

So fun!! You’ve made it look so easy, I will definitely have to try this sometime! My hairline doesn’t really compliment the slicked back look generally, but maybe such a giant bun would take attention away from my hairline! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Love this look! It looks great and I’m excited to try this some night!

Anyway you could do a tutorial on how to do the Heidi braid that goes on the top of your head? It’s so cute and would love to try and learn it.

I’m new to your blog but you have such a great sense of style–keep up the great work!

I love this! GREAT tutorial. Sadly, my hair is too short at the moment to make it work well, but I will definitely be testing it out in a few months (grow, hair, grow)!
