Closing a Chapter

October 27, 2010

Laurel Dailey Photography

Today I’m branching out from my regular babble on style and love of statement pieces, and I am giving you a peek into a bit of my personal life.

I have been married for the last five years to the best man.. who is seriously my perfect fit. We are so opposite in so many ways.. I love style, fashion, drama, crazy up and down and all around.. and he loves sports, history, politics and consistency. All these opposing forces makes for a little slice of heaven!

Five years ago we moved into a cottage full of promise and character and spent many hours fixing it up and making it our home. This house has become a part of our personalities, we have shared so many memories here and now we are closing this chapter and moving on. There is some sadness, but mainly excitement for what is in store!

Before we lock the door and turn in the keys, we decided to capture our life the way we live it in our home!

I hope you enjoy.

Dudley is too cute – what a face! XO and let us know if you can use some help with the move (you know I’m just saying that, right?)! Haha! Best.
