There are a few events in life that can cause a fashion conundrum, one of those being the big old game day – it is a day spent walking through crowds of people, sitting in bleachers, jumping up and down with hopes of a touch down.. and in many cases it is cold and chilly. So, what should one wear?
For me it comes down to layers, comfort and casual chic.

I did a game day post a while ago and held a contest on my blog for it but that was back when all you needed to wear was a jersey and jeans. Now it’s far too cold for that. Comfort is number 1!
Love your gameday look…As a former cheerleader for the NFL, I was the one down on the field in a freaking half top and bootie shorts, thinking “not so nice” thoughts of the warm and toasty dressed girls in the stands in heavy winter coats, gloves and hats…lol.

Such a great, cozy look. Warm layers are key. But I always vote for a coat that I can sit on as cold metal bleachers are never fun.
Definitely a hard occasion to pull off a chic look, but you managed to do it and still be totally appropriate for game day! Love this look – the jacket is fantastic! Cute & cozy! Well done!
