Dress up the Night

January 10, 2011

(Jacket – QSW, Black Dress – Thrifted, White Dress – Thrifted, Boots – Jeffrey Campbell, Necklace – Vintage)

I love the chance to dress up and make a night even more special with a pretty dress.. or in this case.. two dresses.

After finding this black chiffon dress, I knew I wanted to cut it up and make it a little more dramatic. After shredding the dress I decided to layer it over another tiered and draped dress.. once created… I had to take it out on the town.

Oh, I love what you did to that black dress and I absolutely love how you layered it. This outfit has such a bohemian, yet totally chic vibe going on with that jacket.

Where did you get that mirror? It is perfect. I would love to have such a large, ornamental piece like that.

It is a size small.. it runs a little small in the sleeves..but the medium was too big. Hope that helps.
