My Suit
(Vintage Suit, Bow-tie Blouse – Banana Republic, Shoes – Forever 21, Hat – Urban Outfitters)
It was my last chance.. my last chance to wear my “searched-everywhere” 70’s suit. After a season of looking, I finally found it.. it was too big.. but nothing that a tailor couldn’t fix!
I have come to love my tailor like a best fashion friend. Being a vintage and thrift junky, I often find “must-haves” that are a little baggy or need some updating, and investing in the right fit is worth every penny.
So picking up my now perfect suit, I was excited to squeeze one good wear in before the weather turns and it gets tucked away for next fall.
For one evening, it was everything I hoped it would be.
(Tailoring Details: The pants were fit to be high waist and cut to have a cropped flare at the bottom)

Well, glad you have found it because it looks fabulous, the little dots make it unique. The blouse reminds me of Gucci. I love the bold pattern of the blouse in combination with the suit, not obvious but it looks stylish. the hat gives it a totally different vibe, but I adore the little detail on the hat. The bag is such a classic, so you can never go wrong with that.

I’m generally not one for wearing suits, but I do like this one simply because it’s polka dotted. I have an unhealthy obsession with the dots…seriously!

That bow-tie blouse is killer! Love that you mixed patterns with the blouse/suit… I need to switch up from my boring black suit and opt for a fun one like this! So pretty!
You have such a unique and personal style. And I really love this suit. The entire outfit. I want a fedora so much. I bought one but it looks too small. I love the size of this one. So I’ll check out Urban Outfitters. You look awesome in this outfit.
