I loved the Victorian Romance that pranced down the Ralph Lauren runway.. and it was their collection that inspired my look.

Lace, ruffles and western touches.

I love your blog. I love your sense of style and the outfits you put together. You really are very inspiring and for that I thank you.

I just have one question: Why don’t you smile?

In almost every picture you have this look on your face like you were just stunned to find a camera pointing at you. I think you are a beautiful woman and would love to see you smile more!

It takes less muscles and energy to smile than it does to frown. šŸ™‚

I’v actually seen quite a few posts of her smiling. In fact, I’d say the last shot of this very post is a smile. I think most of her images are simply a relaxed face rather than a forced frown or smile. And I think she’s pretty lucky to have a relaxed face that photographs well-my relaxed face makes me look like someone I love just died. Love this ensemble by the way!

“my relaxed face makes me look like someone I love just died.”

LOL – Mine, too. Maybe I’m just jealous. šŸ˜‰

this is what i call being stylish and creative. the delicate fabulous dress looks amazing with that skirt, it makes it so much more interesting. something ‘flats’ becomes something phenomenal. it is like romantic hippie meets stylish country girl. the socks are the absolute finishing touch and i love the color of the cardigan.

The slip or skirt seeping out the back is so pretty. I love how dainty your outfit is, even with the dark brown accents.
